1 Quarterly Report July 2009 - September 2009 The FY 2009/10 marks the First Year of implementation of the 5th NWSC Corporate Plan and the Performance Contract with Government of Uganda for the period 2009-2012. The report for the period July 2009 to September 2009 is vital in determining our ability to achieving the targets set out for the FY 2009/010 as it marks the performance at the end of the first quarter of FY 2009/2010.
