1 Internally Delegated Area Management Contract (IDAMC) for Entebbe Area, December 2003
ENTEBBE - Internally Delegated Area
Managment Contract. IDAMC are Internally Delegated Area Management
Contracts, currently running in all NWSC operating units. They are
similar in design and tenets like any conventional management contract
except that their arbitration ceiling is the Board of Directors of
NWSC, which makes it an internal arrangement.
