1 Internally Delegated Area Management Contract (IDAMC) for Kabale Area, July 2006
IDAMCs have been operational since 2004 to date. They aimed at giving more autonomy to operating teams, clear role definition, better incentive plans and transfer of more risk to operating teams. Phase I of the IDAMCs run from January 2004 to June 2006.
Thereafter, IDAMC II, which was designed to run from July 2006 to July 2008, was implemented as the successor programme.
