WHAT DO MANAGERS SAY?

Any additional qualification puts one at a better advantage at the work place. Having a master’s degree opens one’s understanding to handling issues in a more analytical and in-depth manner.
However, this does not mean that one has mastered every aspect of the field they have majored in. It is mandatory for all managers in this company to hold a master’s degree because the experience prepares them to handle bigger challenges.
