How does one knows about Billing?


  • During new connection, notices/tips are left behind to customers on how to maintain their service lines, receive water bill, issues regarding leaks and economical use of water.
  • The first Bill is to be despatched to the customer within one month after connection normally by Meter readers or authorized NWSC Staff
  • Staff to physically distribute bills to customer premises by the 10th of every month.
  • Customers are supposed to acknowledge receipt of the bills in NWSC delivery book
  • NWSC invoices shows consumption records and amount to be paid as shown by the meter reading.
