How does one knows about Billing?
- During
new connection, notices/tips are left behind to customers on how to
maintain their service lines, receive water bill, issues regarding
leaks and economical use of water.
- The
first Bill is to be despatched to the customer within one month after
connection normally by Meter readers or authorized NWSC Staff
- Staff to physically distribute bills to customer premises by the 10th of every month.
- Customers are supposed to acknowledge receipt of the bills in NWSC delivery book
- NWSC invoices shows consumption records and amount to be paid as shown by the meter reading.
