How to get new Water or Sewerage connection

We shall extend Water Supply and sewerage services to all areas established to have potential demand:-
Obtain new connection forms from any NWSC offices.
Complete the forms and return to the office with the following:-

• Two passport size photographs for individuals or a Corporate stamp.
• A proof of ownership of the property or a letter of consent from the landlord.
• Pay for materials and plumbing for distance beyond 50 metres for water and 60 metres for sewerage
• The returned forms are processed and a surveyor sent to the customer’s premise to determine the material requirements
• Pay new connection fees an amount depends on the size of the service e.g. ½, ¾, 1 inch connection.
• Customer is then connected with a meter
• Every customer is provided with a meter free of charge
• When all the above has been done the customer is connected to NWSC service(s) by staff in charge. NEVER CONNECT YOURSELF.
