National Water & Sewerage Corporation on the night of Wednesday 17th August received the Best Digital Customer Service Award at the 2016 Digital Impact Awards Africa held at the Kampala Serena Hotel. The awards, organised by HiPipo in partnership with Cyberplc and AdBank seek to recognise organisations & individuals who pioneer sustainable products, services and platforms and encourage application of best practice to innovations with a continuous cycle from Inventions, to Innovations, to Best Practice and Re-Innovation.
