Developing two production wells.

Construction of a 162m3 water storage tank on Acana hill and a 60m3 capacity sump.

Laying of 4.3 Km of transmission mains and 10.3 Km of distribution mains.

Upgrading of the Hoima Water Supply System (Under Performance Monitoring).

The key milestones included:

Re-drilling four (4) of the production wells (boreholes) to replace collapsed casings and increase their yields.

Rehabilitation and expansion of the pipe network.

Construction of new reservoirs and boreholes.

Lyantonde Water Supply Project Under (Under Performance Monitoring).

The key milestones included:

Construction of an intake (500m3/day) and a water treatment plant (500m3/day).

Offshore pipeline of DN 300mm, 100m into Lake Kakyera.

A raw water pumping main of DN 300mm, for a length of about 1km.

A DN 300mm treating water-pumping main of length 12km.

A 1500m3 RC reservoir and a 10km distribution
pipe main of DN 300mm.

Construction of the Nakivubo Wastewater Treatment Plant under the Lake Victoria Protection Project - Phase II.

The key Project milestones included:

Construction of a Waste Water Treatment
Plant with capacity of (45,000 m3/day)

Fort Portal Water Production Improvement Project.

The key milestones included:

Construction of a Flocculator, Coagulator, Clarifier and Filter that increased water production increased by 3,000m3/day.
